"In late 2014 our daughter was chatting with a friend who had some home repairs done.  She asked this friend if she would recommend the company to do some major home renovations on our home, and the friend replied “yes I would”. 
 
That fall our daughter contacted the builder.  When he arrived at the location, he said that he had always wondered who lived at this location and what kind of home was on the property.  There were many consultations, and eventually the builder recommended an architect to draw up some plans to renovate the existing home.  The main reason for needing renovations done, was the kitchen area was very small for the size of the home.   About mid 2015 the contractor got all the permits in place and in October we moved out of the home as it was a total renovation, with new windows and doors, new gyproc and new flooring throughout. Also as the geothermal was not throughout the whole house, we needed the geothermal expanded to the bedrooms. 
 
As there were beams in the living room area, the architect was asked to create a larger kitchen with beams and a sun room off the kitchen also with beams   We wanted large patio doors on both sides of the sun room.  Off the sun room was a patio with a step-down area also.   The kitchen was to have only bottom cupboards with only a very small section between the fridge and wall ovens of upper cupboards.  We wanted a fairly large island with an induction stove and down exhaust.  We requested a large pantry and mud-room with laundry and cupboards. 
 
Work progressed through the fall and winter of 2015 and into mid 2016.  On approximately August 2016 we were able to move into our newly renovated home.   The contractor and his crew were very professional and pleasant.  Always very accommodating and courteous   The fact that they got fresh muffins every once in a while, helped I am sure! 
 
The home was completed ahead of schedule and best of all, below budget.!!!!
